O'Brien pleads guilty to drug, gun charges
Tiffany Lynn O'Brien, 26, formerly of 1 Park St., Amherst, will return for sentencing in June after pleading or changing her plea to guilty to a number of drug and gun charges.
O'Brien entered guilty pleas to one count of possession of cocaine for the purpose of trafficking from Sept. 4, and one count each of possession of cocaine for the purpose of trafficking, possession of marijuana and possession of oxycodone from Oct. 24.
She changed her plea to guilty to one count of possession of cocaine for the purpose of trafficking, and entered guilty pleas to one count each of failing to trigger lock or store a shotgun in a securely locked container and failing to comply with an undertaking, all three of which occurred Dec. 9.
She also changed her plea to guilty to one count of possession of a .22 caliber Magnum rifle between Dec. 9 and 12 knowing it was obtained by the commission of an offence.
A pre-sentence report has been requested.
O'Brien will return for sentencing on June 20 at 1:30 p.m
